Postage

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. For leads and collars we aim to send them within 2 working days from payment,
for rugs and beds we aim to send them within 3 working days from payment. Most of our S.W.A.G products are handmade to order and whilst every effort is made to meet these postage times please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to arrive. You will recieve an email to confirm your order has been sent.

If you would like to check availability of any products, are in need of an item the next day or have any questions regarding delivery let us know, we are here to help.

Our postage costs for mainland UK are;
0-£9.99 = £2.00
£10-24.99 = £2.50
£25-39.99 = £4.00
£40-99.99 = £5.00
100+ = £6.00

Delivery for beds is £4.

Payment

For customer peace of mind we have linked our website to a Paypal checkout service which uses a secure server to take your payment details thus making your details 100% safe and ensuring you peace of mind in using paying for your goods.

You do not have to be a paypal member to use this service. Once you have chosen your items click on the proceed to checkout button in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment service. Here you can choose to pay without a paypal account.

Returns and refunds

If any of our products are found to be faulty we will either replace or refund the product provided we are notified within 28 Days of delivery. In these cases we will refund the return postage costs, initial postage and item cost. Please notifiy us before returning any items.

If a customer orders the wrong product from us we will be happy to replace or refund the item providing that it is returned in its original state, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Returns will be at the customers own expense and must be done within 28 days of delivery. In this case we will refund the item cost only not postage
